What miraDry Fresh is
miraDry Fresh is an energy-based treatment that uses microwave energy with a cooling system. The energy is delivered to the underarm area where sweat glands are located.
The treatment is intended to reduce underarm sweating. It may also affect odor glands and hair follicles within the treated area.
In the United States, FDA 510(k) K103014 cleared the miraDry System for the treatment of primary axillary hyperhidrosis. Odor reduction is not included in that specific clearance wording, and miraDry is not intended for sweating of the hands or feet.
Consultation and personalized design
A senior consultation manager conducts the initial consultation, followed by an assessment with the doctor.
Min Clinic does not use the EVE V MUSE skin analyzer for miraDry consultations. Instead, the doctor evaluates:

Local anesthesia is administered to the underarm area. The anesthetic may take approximately two hours to wear off completely.
Patients should not drive immediately after treatment. Driving should be resumed only after the anesthetic has worn off and sensation in the arms and fingertips has sufficiently returned.
Showering, flying and daily activity
