How ONDA is planned at Min Clinic

A senior consultation manager conducts the initial consultation, and the patient’s skin is analyzed using an EVE V MUSE analyzer. This is followed by a consultation and assessment with the doctor.

The doctor determines:

Energy and pricing

At Min Clinic, facial ONDA treatments are planned from 40 kJ to 100 kJ, while body treatments are planned from 100 kJ to 300 kJ. The final treatment area and energy level are determined after consultation.

ONDA pricing is based on the total energy delivered in kJ. When comparing quotations, confirm:

The recommended number of sessions and interval vary according to skin laxity, localized fat, treatment area and the patient’s response.

After one treatment, another session may be considered after approximately four to six months. When an intensive three-session plan is appropriate, treatments may be performed at intervals of approximately three to four weeks. After completing that plan, maintenance may be considered after approximately one year.

These intervals are general guidance. The doctor determines whether another treatment is appropriate after reviewing the patient’s condition and response.

Treatment time and recovery

A facial ONDA treatment may take approximately 15 minutes, while a body treatment may take approximately 30 minutes. Actual treatment time varies depending on the treatment area and planned energy level. Additional time should be allowed for consultation, skin analysis, preparation and post-treatment guidance.

Temporary redness may remain for approximately four to five hours. Swelling is uncommon, but when the 7 mm handpiece is used extensively for fat reduction, temporary swelling may occur and generally improves within two to three days.

Makeup and air travel are generally possible on the same day if there are no unusual symptoms. Recovery varies between individuals, so patients should follow the doctor’s instructions if redness, swelling, heat or discomfort continues.
